Rapid Prototyping

SLA, FDM, SLS, low volume Silicone molding, short run plastics.  Our CAD models write directly to these machines, giving us full control of your design.  These parts can be made within 24 hours in some cases.

Conventional Prototyping

CNC machining, welding, bending, single run parts.  We can produce many prototypes within days to weeks, depending on the complexity.  Contact us with your exact requirements.

Build to Print and Reverse Engineering Services

Adaptive can assign a qualified engineer to your build project, regardless of size or scope.  We have electrical and mechanical capabilities, and have a responsive vendor base.  Anything can be re-built.

CNC Machining

In-house CNC machining.  Full machining capabilities within our vendor base.  Vertical and Horizontal milling, turning, and finishing.  We specialize in low volume orders, and can handle large quantities as well.  Typical lead-time 5 weeks.

Sheet Metal Forming

Laser cut, water jet, turret punching, bending, forming, welding, short and long run orders.  Unlimited finishing options.  Typical lead-time 5 weeks.

Finishing and Art Work

Anodizing, zinc chromate, paint, powder coat, gold, nickel, and mil-spec coating.

Plastic and Rubber parts
