Quality Management System
Adaptive has made a corporate commitment to quality that is unsurpassed in the industry. Our Quality Management System follows the guidelines established by ISO 9001:2008, but our practices far exceed these requirements. Our ultimate goal is to achieve customer satisfaction. To build machines that meet and exceed performance requirements. We promise to our customers to select the most appropriate and best available components for the tasks our machines perform. Our commitment is to “make it right”, and if it’s not, to keep improving until it is. We stand behind our machines and our customers, and work hard to deliver on our promises. Our goal is to continuously improve and to become the partner our customers trust and rely on.
Quality at Adaptive is systematic. Our quality process begins with the development of the initial solution and is carried through each project by the application of proven and advanced quality control tools, which include:
Generation of a comprehensive design & performance specification
Application of design and process FMEA’s
Engineering centric design methods with an extensive design review practice
Alignment with world class partners and vendor base
Application of statistical process controls and test methodologies
Rigorous test procedures to elevate machine robustness.
The application of continuous process improvements and cross team training on lessons learned.
