HOW DOES OUR PROCESS WORK?

PHASE 0
Project Definition

This phase involves understanding the initial idea or concept for the project. It's about defining the purpose, objectives, and potential benefits of the project. It may also involve conducting a preliminary feasibility study to determine if the project is viable and aligns with the organization's goals. The "No Cost" aspect suggests that this phase is primarily about scoping and conceptualizing the project and doesn't involve significant financial investment.

PHASE 1
Definition Discovery

In this phase, you delve deeper into the project's requirements, goals, and constraints. It often involves a thorough analysis and documentation of the project scope. This phase may include activities like stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering, market research, and feasibility studies. The goal is to have a clear and comprehensive understanding of what needs to be accomplished.

PHASE 2
ENGINEERING & BUILD

This phase involves the actual development or creation of the project deliverables. It could encompass software development, product design, construction, or any other activities necessary to realize the project. It's often the most resource-intensive phase where specialized skills and resources are applied to bring the project to life.

PHASE 3
TEST & VERIFY

Once the project has been built, it needs to be thoroughly tested to ensure that it meets the defined requirements and functions as intended. This phase may involve various types of testing, including functional testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing. Verification ensures that the project aligns with the initial specifications and meets the necessary quality standards.

Phase 4
TIME & MATERIALS

This phase typically involves ongoing support, maintenance, and any additional work that may be required after the project has been delivered. It operates on a time and materials basis, meaning that the client pays for the actual time spent and the materials used. This phase helps address any issues that arise after the project is implemented and can include enhancements, updates, or bug fixes.
